1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. sugar, or to taste
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Puree strawberries in blender until smooth.
Add vinegar, sugar and pepper until combined.
Gradually add olive oil and mix until well blended.
Chill until ready to serve. Refrigerate any leftover dressing.
Makes about 1 cup.
