1 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 pinches cayenne pepper
Pinch of sea salt
Extra-virgin olive oil
2-3 yellow potatoes (Satina or Yukon Gold), peeled and sliced into sticks
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into sticks
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
 
Combine pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt in a bowl with enough extra-virgin olive oil to coat the fries. Place all the potato pieces in the bowl and mix with your hands until they are well coated.
 
Place potatoes in a single layer over 2 baking sheets, and cook for 15-20 minutes. Flip over once until crisp and ready to serve.  Serves approximately 4.
