3-4 cups broccoli florets
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
1/2 teaspoon Basil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 medium ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella and/or parmesan cheese

  1. Wash and cut broccoli florets in 1/2 inch pieces.
  2. Steam broccoli for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Oil a shallow baking dish and add steamed broccoli.
  4. Stir in oregano, basil, pepper, lemon juice and tomato wedges.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10-12 minutes.
