Dill Ideas

Tuna salad with high-quality tuna, white beans (cannellini), sliced scallions, dill, lemon and olive oil.

I love dill in mashed potatoes or on cottage cheese & tomatoes. Smoked salmon with thin sliced red onion, capers, and dill – to die for. I like dill with carrots too.

One of my favorite open-faced sandwiches is a slice of bread (or split English muffin) lightly buttered, with a slice of ham or Canadian bacon, slice of tomato, slice of swiss cheese, and some dill on top. Broil till bubbly.

Use a food processor to pulse some dill with some arugula, then mix into mayonnaise. Use it for everything (especially good with roasted potatoes or broccoli or fish).

Dill is excellent in tartar sauce with fried fish

I love adding dill to red wine vinaigrette. It can be used as salad dressing or marinade. This is a wonderful and easy dip/ spread for veggies or crackers:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp. dill
1 tbsp. garlic powder
